Vishnu began his clinical research career after earning a Master's degree in Medical Sciences from Boston University. Beginning with his thesis, "The Role of Epigenetics in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease," Vishnu has been a fervent advocate of proactive approaches to bettering neurodegeneration. He has spent the last decade working in various roles in the clinical research industry with the mission of advancing medical treatments for all indications. Vishnu has operated research protocols from both the patient-facing site operations level and the project management element. Prior to founding Arrow Clinical Trials, Vishnu served as a co-founder / operator in another clinical research venture and as an executive consultant assisting research centers optimize their growth strategy.

Chief Medical Officer

David Billmeier, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine doctor. He has been serving the greater Daytona area for over 25 years not only in his private practice, but also as Medical Director for Volusia Health Network with Halifax Health Hospital, and as a medical consultant for NASCAR and Porsche Racing. Dr. Billmeier has been involved in clinical research as both a principal investigator and sub-investigator for the past 10 years covering a broad range of therapeutic areas including central nervous system (CNS) with specific expertise in neurodegenerative disorders, metabolic and endocrine disorders, psychiatric disorders, dermatological disorders, and cardiological conditions to name some conditions of particular interest.

Trained as an engineer, Ram brings a systems approach to problem solving, process optimization and project management. With a background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Ram is always seeking to improve industry technology solutions and remove waste and variation from traditional clinical processes.

Investigator

Charles Ross, M.D. is a Board-certified Family Medicine who is also Board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and plans to be Board-certified in Obesity Medicine by November. Since 2006, he has practiced as a full-time physician in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Sports Medicine, Pain Medicine, and now Lifestyle Medicine. During this time, he has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of South Florida, Nova Southeastern University, and Barry University in Miami, clinically training Medical Residents in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, Medical students, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. As a sub-investigator, Dr. Ross is primarily interested in research involving lifestyle-based therapies and evolving pharmacologic options for treating weight-related health problems, other metabolic and endocrine disorders, neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders, and sleep disorders.

Dr. D’Amato-Kubiet received a PhD from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2013 and has been on faculty at UCF since 2006 serving in various capacities of undergraduate and graduate level education. She has been a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 1998 and received the 2021 Gold Star Preceptor of the Year award from the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two sons, cooking and traveling the world.

Natalie Eisenhut NP-C received her degree from the University of Buffalo in 2000 and has been involved in medical research for over 5 years. She has also been on faculty at the University of Central Florida since 2018, serving in various undergraduate and graduate-level education capacities. She has been a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since 2000. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughters, attending horse competitions, and being outside.

Lee Metchick, MD, FACE, is recognized for his exceptional contributions to the field of endocrinology and commitment to patient care. With a medical degree from a prestigious institution and specialized training in endocrinology, Dr. Metchick has dedicated his career to understanding and treating hormonal disorders. His extensive research, publications in medical journals, has advanced the knowledge of endocrine conditions.

Dr. David Henderson is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Henderson specializes in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. Dr. Henderson has been a clinical trials investigator for over 30 years in the cardiometabolic space. His work has contributed to numerous advancements in cardiology and patient care. He continues to stay on the cutting-edge of medicine through his ongoing efforts in clinical research through Arrow Clinical Trials.

She excels in the development and implementation of effective action plans and is recognized for her ability to empower, motivate and advocate for patients. She loves reading and playing Pickleball.

Maintaining cultural competency through years of work and advocacy for diverse populations. In her free time, Allana enjoys weightlifting, watching movies with her husband and rescue pup, and going to the beach.

Becca has been practicing as a nurse since 2018. She has worked in clinical trials since 2021, focusing on Alzheimer’s disease. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was an essential worker as a bedside nurse. Before her current role as a clinical research coordinator, Becca performed crucial roles in clinical operations, including as an infusion-nurse and pharmacy operations. She enjoys outdoor activities and is an aspiring flag football superstar. She has one son, two dogs, and one husband.

He has worked closely within the community, shedding a positive light on healthcare practices. Beyond his professional commitments, Mathew passionately advocates for the outdoors. He enjoys activities such as gardening, camping, and hiking, all while serving as a mentor for the local Scouts of America group. During his days off, he expresses his creativity through various crafts, including woodworking, welding, cooking, and storytelling.

Before her current role, she worked as a nurse technician in the Emergency Department, where she further developed clinical skills and focused on patient-centered care. Before joining our team at Arrow, she completed an internship with us, during which she grew an interest in clinical research in neurological diseases. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, playing with her cat, and spending time with her family.

Erica has worked in the field of clinical research since 2017. Throughout her research career, Erica has gained experience in a variety of areas crucial to the operation of research sites. She has taken on multiple roles, often concurrently, including: acting as coordinator and rater on studies, creating and modifying source, recruiting and retaining subjects, processing and shipping labs, and handling regulatory affairs (including study start-up and monitoring visits/query resolution). She has also trained and supervised other researchers in all of these roles. Using her experience, she excels in leading clinical teams with high attention to setting and meeting KPI's.

George was born on a chicken farm in the wild uplands of Central Florida which gave him a profound appreciation of the chicken’s distant ancestors, dinosaurs. He passionately pursues education on the paleontological past, but at Arrow, he hopes to make a mark on the future by imbuing everyone he speaks to about the importance of clinical research and its impact on creating a better tomorrow. When he is not educating prospective participants, he actively hosts and participates in Dungeons and Dragons groups.
