The Florida Academy of Family Physicians (FAFP) selected Dr. Charlie Ross, Arrow's Chief Medical Officer, for its July 2026 Member Spotlight — recognizing his board certification in Lifestyle Medicine and the impact it has had on his patients and his own health.
In the piece, Dr. Ross describes his path to becoming one of fewer than 2,000 board-certified Lifestyle Medicine physicians in the United States, tracing it back to the 2019 AAFP Family Medicine Experience conference in Philadelphia. Applying the six evidence-based pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to his own life, he lost 40 pounds and lowered his BMI from 28 to 22.
