Osteoarthritis of the Knee Study
About This Study
We’re conducting a clinical research study testing a potential new injected treatment, PCRX-201, which may help reduce knee pain and improve joint movement. Participants will receive one injection, preceded by a safe, standard medication.
You’ll have regular clinic visits during the first year, with follow-up through year five to ensure the treatment is working well and remains safe.
Knee osteoarthritis is a common, progressive joint condition that impacts millions of people worldwide, especially those over the age of 50. Over time, the protective cartilage in the knee gradually wears away, making everyday movements more difficult. Our study aims to explore a potential new treatment that may help reduce pain, improve mobility, and give people the freedom to stay active longer.
